Taxes and Fees Policy

This Taxes and Fees Policy ("Policy") explains how fees, taxes, and related charges are handled when you use MonthlyTag, LLC ("MonthlyTag") to reserve monthly parking spaces. MonthlyTag provides an online platform that allows users to locate, compare, and reserve parking spaces offered by independent third-party parking operators and facility owners ("Operators"). MonthlyTag is not the owner, lessor, or manager of any parking facility listed on its platform.

MonthlyTag functions solely as an online platform facilitating reservations between customers and parking Operators. MonthlyTag does not own, lease, operate, or control any parking lots, garages, or spaces. Each Operator independently determines its own pricing, rules, and policies related to its parking facilities.

MonthlyTag does not collect, charge, or remit any form of sales tax, parking tax, or other government-imposed taxes on behalf of Operators or any other party. All applicable taxes related to parking transactions are the exclusive responsibility of the parking Operator or facility owner. Operators are expected to determine, collect, report, and remit any and all taxes required by federal, state, or local tax authorities.

If a jurisdiction requires MonthlyTag to collect or remit taxes, MonthlyTag may, at its sole discretion and only where mandated by law, do so on behalf of the applicable Operator. In such cases, the tax amount will be clearly displayed during checkout.

In addition to the parking rate set by the Operator, your total payment may include a MonthlyTag Service Fee. This fee is retained by MonthlyTag for the services it provides, including but not limited to:

• •Operation and maintenance of the MonthlyTag platform
• •Customer service and account support
• •Transaction coordination between users and Operators
• •Marketing, platform security, and payment processing infrastructure

The MonthlyTag Service Fee is not a tax and is not shared with the Operator.

Certain parking facilities may impose additional fees that are not included in the quoted price displayed on MonthlyTag. These may include, but are not limited to:

• •Premium or reserved space fees
• •Oversized vehicle surcharges
• •Keycard or access device deposits
• •Late payment or replacement fees

Such charges, when applicable, are determined and collected directly by the parking Operator or facility and are not collected or retained by MonthlyTag.

MonthlyTag, LLC is committed to transparency in all billing and payment matters. The total amount displayed at checkout will include the Operator's parking rate, MonthlyTag service fee, and taxes included. Any additional charges not listed at checkout are the responsibility of the parking Operator.

MonthlyTag, LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the MonthlyTag website or platform. By continuing to use MonthlyTag after any changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised Policy.

All sales made through MonthlyTag, LLC are final. There are no refunds for payments made through the platform, including but not limited to parking fees, service fees, or any additional charges. Once a transaction is completed, no part of the payment is refundable under any circumstances.
