Taxes and Fees Policy

This Taxes and Fees Policy ("Policy") explains how fees, taxes, and related charges are handled when you use MonthlyTag, LLC ("MonthlyTag") to reserve monthly parking spaces. MonthlyTag provides an online platform that allows users to locate, compare, and reserve parking spaces offered by independent third-party parking facility owners, partners, and property managers ("Operators"). MonthlyTag is not the owner, lessor, or manager of any parking facility listed on its platform.

MonthlyTag functions as an online platform facilitating reservations between Customers and parking Partners. MonthlyTag does not own, lease, operate, or control any parking lots, garages, or spaces. Each Partner independently determines its own pricing, rules, and policies related to its parking facilities.

MonthlyTag acts as the merchant of record for all transactions processed through the platform. Payments made by Customers are collected by MonthlyTag via Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and the Partner's share is automatically transferred to the Partner's connected Stripe account after deducting the applicable MonthlyTag Service Fee.

MonthlyTag does not collect, charge, or remit any form of sales tax, parking tax, or other government-imposed taxes on behalf of Partners or any other party. All applicable taxes related to parking transactions are the exclusive responsibility of the parking Partner or facility owner. Partners are expected to determine, collect, report, and remit any and all taxes required by federal, state, or local tax authorities.

If a jurisdiction requires MonthlyTag to collect or remit taxes, MonthlyTag may, at its sole discretion and only where mandated by law, do so on behalf of the applicable Partner. In such cases, the tax amount will be clearly displayed during checkout.

When a Customer makes a payment through the platform, MonthlyTag retains a service fee from each transaction. The remaining balance is automatically transferred to the Partner's connected Stripe account. The service fee includes all payment processing costs — Customers are not charged any additional processing fees beyond the total displayed at checkout. This service fee covers the cost of services provided by MonthlyTag, including but not limited to:

• •Operation and maintenance of the MonthlyTag platform
• •Customer service and account support
• •Transaction coordination and payment processing between Customers and Partners
• •Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• •Marketing, platform security, and payment processing infrastructure

The MonthlyTag Service Fee is not a tax. Partners receive the parking rate minus the service fee directly into their Stripe account. The service fee encompasses both MonthlyTag's platform fee and all third-party payment processing costs. The fee percentage may vary and is agreed upon between MonthlyTag and the Partner.

All payments on the MonthlyTag platform are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. MonthlyTag does not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its servers. All payment processing fees incurred by Stripe are included in the MonthlyTag Service Fee and are not charged separately to Customers or Partners.

Partners must complete Stripe account onboarding to receive payouts. Once onboarded, Partners receive their share of each transaction automatically via Stripe Connect. Payouts are deposited directly into the Partner's bank account according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.

Customers may pay via credit or debit card, or by payroll deduction where supported by the Partner. For recurring monthly payments, Customers can opt into automatic billing, which charges their saved payment method on the 1st of each month. Customers who do not opt into automatic billing will receive a monthly invoice.

MonthlyTag, LLC is committed to transparency in all billing and payment matters. The total amount displayed at checkout reflects the Partner's parking rate. The MonthlyTag Service Fee, which includes all payment processing costs, is deducted from the Partner's share before payout and is not an additional charge to the Customer. No separate payment processing fees are applied to any party beyond the service fee. Any additional charges not listed at checkout are the responsibility of the parking Partner.

MonthlyTag, LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the MonthlyTag website or platform. By continuing to use MonthlyTag after any changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised Policy.

All sales made through MonthlyTag, LLC are final. There are no refunds for payments made through the platform, including but not limited to parking fees, service fees, or any additional charges. Once a transaction is completed, no part of the payment is refundable under any circumstances.
